““Finishing my master’s degree in General Management gave me a broad understanding of how business areas connect, but it also showed me how much more there is to learn once theory meets reality. That is why the trainee program felt like the right choice. I wanted the chance to explore the company from different angles and maybe discover interests I did not know I had.
What I enjoy most about retail is how everything revolves around the customer. Small decisions make a noticeable difference, which is why every department works hand in hand to keep things running smoothly.
So far, the highlight has not been one single phase but the connection between them. From working in the store to logistics, supply chain management, and purchase, each step has shown me how coordinated retail is.
I am looking forward to my international project at BILLA Bulgaria, where I will experience another company’s culture, new processes, and a different market perspective.
The program has already shown me how much I can learn in a short time, and there is still so much more ahead.“”
