Your tasks
The International Management Trainee Program is based on the principle of getting to know retail „from scratch“ and will give you the widest possible impression of REWE International. The training consists of a total of five training blocks and focuses on the areas of sales, foreign countries, headquarters and project work.

Our program at a glance:
Core Business: Discover our core business in our stores, enjoying extensive basic training to handle your first management responsibilities (3 months) and get get further insights in the supply chain (3 months).
International Project: Join an exciting project abroad to get to know our international business in a foreign business unit.
Rotation: Take active roles via job rotation in selected departments in a central division
Headquarter Project: Join a comprehensive project in our Austrian or German headquarters.
Focus: Get to know the local interfaces of your future position in the company via quick rotations.

Academic degree preferably with focus on business
Practical or international experience – either through internships or studies abroad – are a further advantage, but we also address young professionals
