„I believe that the combination of my professional experience and the variety of roles I held before joining the trainee program allowed me to truly thrive from the start. Choosing the trainee path was intentional — I wanted to understand the business in depth and piece together how everything connects. The program gave me exactly that, along with the freedom to grow, explore my strengths, and shape my own journey. I appreciated the company’s openness, the trust placed in young talent, and the genuine encouragement to bring ideas forward. Retail fascinates me because it reveals the hidden processes behind everyday products and shows how much thought goes into decisions customers rarely see. After the program, stepping into Category Management felt natural; I wanted responsibility, impact, and ownership. Since then, I’ve grown quickly — in confidence, decision‑making, and my ability to stand behind my ideas.“
